Limited Warranty
Singer Safety Company warrants that the goods offered for sale conform to the Company�s standard specifications and are: (a) new and unused; (b) of merchantable quality; (c) in material conformance with all specifications, drawings, or descriptions furnished to Singer Safety by the Distributor and accepted by Distributor, or customer. No other warranties expressed or implied (including the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose), shall apply. Singer Safety Company may choose to repair or replace defective or damaged goods. All Hardware has a LIFETIME warranty.
